Founded in 2018, Yaweh Save Life Foundation Ghana is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) committed to empowering vulnerable youths, children, and communities in Ghana.

Mission
HOCAP exist to provide care and protection for deprived orphans, deprived children and deprived widows in poor rural/urban communities.
Vision
Our vision is to have rural and urban poor communities where deprived orphans, deprived children and widows have equal opportunities for development.

- Empowering Vulnerable Populations: We have empowered over 10,000 deprived and vulnerable children, persons with disabilities, elderly persons, and youths, promoting their overall well-being and resilience.
- Improving Access to Essential Services: We have improved access to good health, quality education, and economic growth opportunities, bridging the gap in social and economic inequalities.
